1) Returns

2) Refunds

We at Rootivate follow a principle of transparency and therefore if we are satisfied and find that the product you received was damaged or has crossed its shelf life, you will have to write and inform us about the same within 24 hours from the receipt of your delivery by sending an email to  complaints.lightningfoods@gmail.com addressing your issue specifically along with you order reference number. Any refund shall be initiated within 18 working days from the receipt of such an email to your bank account, subject to ascertaining authenticity.The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.rootivate.in and accepts its decision.

 

3) Cancellation by www.rootivate.in

 

 

We reserve the right (without the interference of any external person/entity) to refuse or cancel any order under certain circumstances. Some situations may include the following:

 

a. cancellation due to limitations on quantities available to purchase

b. errors in the product or pricing information (if any)

c. problems identified by the payment gateway and fraud avoidance department

d. And any force majeure conditions apply:

 It means an event beyond the control of the Authority and the Owner, which prevents it from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:

d.1 act of God (including but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods);

d.1.2 war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition, or embargo;

d.1.3 rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;

d.1.4 contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;

d.1.5 riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or

d.1.6 acts or threats of terrorism.

d.1.7 Any pandemic related situations

We shall get in touch with you if  any additional information and/or verification is required. If your order has been cancelled after your payment has been processed, the said amount shall be credited to your bank account.
