Shipping Policy

  1. We at Rootivate strictly adhere to the highest standards of quality and therefore ensure that the delivery of our products is made through trusted logistic partners. We ship through out the week except for Sundays & public holidays.
  2.  We strive to have your order delivered within 4-7 working days from the receipt of confirmation. However this is subject to your payment method not being flagged by our fraud detection mechanisms and/or any other exceptional or unforeseeable circumstances as the case demands. 
  3. We request you to check all addresses and pin codes carefully and correctly before placing your order with us.
  4. Any discrepancy caused as a result of providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or pin code at the time of check out shall void the guarantee provided by us.The customer will then have to bear any charges related to the new order in such circumstances.
